"Don't be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes." (Neh.4:14)

Welcome to the Austin Cornerstone Men's Minsitry website. This site is primarily used to keep the Austin Cornerstone Church(ACC) Family, informed of the various ways that God is building up and using the men of this church to lead the battle in Spiritual Warfare.

We believe that the cornerstone of the ACC Men's Ministry is Jesus's example of servant leadership. Specifically, we seek to lead by: (use bullets) --reaching out to our wives, our families, our brothers and sisters in Christ, the congregation, and the community; --helping bring together the various ministries of the church; --building the church body and helping equip the church to transform our community, and to lead others to Christ.

Through Our Lord's leading and guidance in prayer, bible study, accountability relationships with other men, benevolent activities, and evangelism, we seek to help instill God's call and purpose in each man's life, both individually and corporately.

To aid in building relationships and putting these principles into action, the Men's Ministry sponsors and supports: bimonthly Men's Breakfasts, the Measure of a Man Bible Study, Annual Men's Retreats and Promise Keepers Conferences (with sister-church, Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church), Men's Bake Sales, Annual Ladies' Brunch (Mother's Day weekend), and various Habitat for Humanity construction projects.

By actively training men for church and family leadership, the Men's Ministry prepares men to serve in many other Austin Cornerstone ministries and activities, including the Prison Ministry, Sunday School, Home Bible Studies, Music & Choir Ministries, the Del Rio Ministry, Alpha and Quest Ministries, the Annual Church Picnic, and Super Bowl Sunday Fellowships.

The Men's Ministry is always open to new ideas and suggestions for preparing men to better serve the Lord.
